Suspect Identified and Charges Announced in Ongoing Shooting Investigation

Jackson, Tenn. - As Jackson police continue to investigate the Aug. 25 shooting at Black and Decker on Passmore Lane, Investigators have met with the District Attorney’s Office to discuss charges.

The suspect, identified as David Lee Allison, 19, of Jackson, will have a formal arraignment and bond setting at 8 a.m. Monday, Aug. 29 in Jackson City Court. He will faces charges of 10 counts of Attempted First-Degree Murder, 4 counts of Aggravated Assault and Possession of a Weapon during the Commission of a Dangerous Felony.

Allison remains in custody at the Madison County Jail.
