COOKEVILLE – A joint investigation by Special Agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and detectives with the Loudon City Police Department has resulted in the arrest of two individuals, charged in the May homicide of a Loudon man.

At the request of 9th District Attorney General Russell Johnson, on May 10th, TBI Agents joined Loudon Police detectives in investigating the murder of James Johnson. The victim was found deceased in his home at 201 Hill Street in Loudon. During the course of the investigation, Agents developed information that indicated Christopher Orr of Ooltewah and Clarence Porter of Chattanooga were responsible for the death of James Johnson.
