WEST TENNESSEE MEDIA ADVISORY: SOUND WITH SHERIFF, CHIEF
SAVANNAH – The result of a year-long drug investigation in Hardin County by TBI drug agents and agents with the 24th Judicial Drug Task Force has resulted in the indictment of 19 individuals on various drug-related charges.
Today, those agencies, along with the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office, the Savannah Police Department, Homeland Security Investigation, and Tennessee Highway Patrol, began arresting those named in the indictments.
Hardin County Sheriff Johnny Alexander and Savannah Police Chief Michael Pitts will be available to speak with the media about this operation this afternoon in Savannah.
