Humboldt Man Charged with Rape and Attempted Rape
On February 18, 2023 officers of the Humboldt Police Department Investigated an incident that took place on Burrow Street in Humboldt.
As a result of the investigation Roche O’Brian Perry a 39-year-old black male has been charged with two counts of Rape and one count of Attempted Rape of a Female Juvenile from Humboldt.
