WESTSTAR TO HOST THE 24 TH ANNUAL AFRICAN AMERICAN LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE
MARTIN, Tenn. – The University of Tennessee at Martin’s WestStar Leadership Program will host the 24 th annual African American Leadership Conference from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 18, at the West Tennessee AgResearch and Education Center in Jackson. The conference connects African Americans in leadership positions and diverse work environments throughout West Tennessee.
The conference will feature speakers from private business, education and health care along with elected officials. Following 8 a.m. registration and a continental breakfast, the program includes the following:
