The Ned R. McWherter West TN Cultural Arts Center invites you to come and enjoy in the Main Gallery: Celebrate Watercolor Painting! by The Tennessee Watercolor Society and in the Upstairs Gallery: Wetlands by Wendy Hailey Kim on September 3 – October 30, 2019. Doors are open daily from 9:00 am – 4:30 pm. There will be a reception for these artists Tuesday, September 3, 2019 from 5-7 pm. The exhibits and reception are free and open to the public.
