U.S. NEWS AND WORLD REPORT AGAIN RECOGNIZES UT MARTIN ONLINE MBA
MARTIN, Tenn. – U.S. News & World Report has again recognized the University of Tennessee
at Martin’s online master of business administration degree as one of the nation’s best in their
2017 ranking, released Jan. 10.
The UT Martin program ties for 36 th place in the “2017 Best Online MBA Programs” category
and is the top-ranked Tennessee institution. Tennessee Technological University is the next-
ranked state school at number 65.
U.S. News & World Report evaluated institutions in five categories: student engagement,
admissions selectivity, peer reputation, faculty credentials and training, and student services and
technology. Data was collected through self-reported survey answers and peer assessments of
similar institutions.
The UT Martin online MBA is offered entirely online with no on-campus requirements. The
program is geared toward working professionals and offers enhanced course flexibility to allow
students to complete required hours within two years.
