The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly…Campfire talks about Medicare Advantage Plans

Jackson, Tennessee (September 5, 2017) - West Tennessee Healthcare and its Senior Services
Department invite the public to attend an educational program providing helpful information for those
who are currently, or soon to be, enrolled in Medicare and its advantage plans.
The event is scheduled for Monday, September 18, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. and will be repeated at 5:30 p.m.
in the J. Walter Barnes Auditorium of the Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
The program will feature Pam F. Wright, of The Wright Law Firm, PLLC. Pam is a certified specialist in
Elder Law by the National Elder Law Foundation and is a member of the Council of Advanced
Practitioners of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She will discuss the differences in
traditional Medicare and Medicare advantage plans, and offer tips on deciding which plan is the best for
you and your usual service providers.
Kelsy Rotz Hagewood, of the TN SHIP program, will also be on site to distribute information about the
advantage plans and answer specific questions about individual plans.
