Mid-West Tennessee Genealogical Society was organized November 12, 1968. Meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in Jackson.
On March 8, guest speaker Lucy Scarbrough will present “The Genealogy of Anderson Presbyterian Church” which is located on Steam Mill Ferry Road in Jackson.
The meeting will be held at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church at the corner of 309 East Baltimore Street and Church Street in Jackson. Enter the building through the garden entrance on Church Street. The public is invited to attend at no charge. Membership is $20 per year and includes publications of Family Findings quarterlies with interesting genealogical information.
