Lights on Afterschool
When you think of Boys & Girls Club you can think of transforming risk into opportunity. We keep kids safe when juvenile crime peaks! It has been proven that afterschool programs play a vital role in turning the hours after school into a time of learning and growth for our young people. The peak in juvenile crime on school days occurs between 2 and 6 p.m. Boys & Girls Club of Jackson is making a positive difference in young people’s lives. Parents rely on the club to provide an enriching, stable and supportive environment with caring adult professionals, while supporting their academic success and social development.
