Congratulations to our own Jackson Recreation and Parks Department for their Tennessee Recreation and Parks Association Four Star Award for Excellence for the Jackson International Food and Art Festival.We were presented the Tennessee Recreation and Parks Association Four Star Award for Excellence in Parks and Recreation, Wednesday, November 20, for the Jackson International Food and Art Festival.
