NEW ONLINE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT AND MOBILE APP NOTIFICATION

As a current user of our online account management portal, please make note of the change to our online and mobile app account management processes. To better serve you and offer greater enhancements, we have transitioned to new, improved versions that will require a few one-time setup steps to continue using.

As this is a transition to new applications, your existing username and password login will not be applicable. Therefore, all online portal customers, both current users and new users, will need to visit the online account management portal to sign up and get started. You will need your 12-digit JEA account number and last four digits of your social security number or any previous statement amount to create your profile. Remember to reset your bookmark for the new portal in your browser as the previous portal will go offline soon.

PLEASE NOTE: As of June 8, recurring payments should be set up in the new portal by using the "Autopay" feature. If you currently have a payment scheduled after June 7 in the JEA MyBill portal, it needs to be scheduled in the new online account management portal to avoid any delays in payment.

If you are a current user of our mobile app, to continue using the convenient features, you must delete your current JEA App from your device and download the new JEA app from the App Store or Google Play by searching "Jackson Energy Authority." Again, this is a transition to a new app, so your existing username and password login will not be applicable. Once downloaded, you will need to sign up to get started. You will need your 12-digit JEA account number and last four digits of your social security number or current statement account to create your profile. Signup in the app provides automatic access to the online account management portal as the new app works seamlessly with the online portal.
