BlueOval SK has reached another key milestone as it prepares for an on-schedule start of production in 2025 at the Kentucky 1 plant at BlueOval SK Battery Park. We are now focused on hiring production operators to build the batteries that will electrify the future of mobility.
Production operators will join BlueOval SK earning $21 per hour and be eligible to receive regular pay increases every 6 months.
In addition, these team members will be eligible for two bonus payments totaling 5% annually based on position and performance. Our employees can also expect low-cost medical premiums, 401(k) matching, Ford friends and family vehicle discount benefits, vision and dental insurance.
