Today, we attended the reveal of a new mural located at Jackson Area Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependency - JACOA created by local artist Juan Barroso. This mural celebrates Historic East Jackson, paying tribute to Montgomery Hall, Austin Merry, Gill Scott-Heron, Carl Perkins, Isaac Lane, Lane College, Illinois Central 382, Woolworth's Lunch Counter, and Shirlene Mercer.  Community Foundation of West Tennessee
