NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE
        WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust dated April 6, 2006, and recorded on June
13, 2006, appearing of record in Book T1750, page 929, in the
Register’s Office of Madison County, Tennessee, Bradley F. Williams
conveyed to EMILY DAVIS, TRUSTEE, certain real estate therein
described, to secure the payment of a certain indebtedness therein set
forth to InSouth Bank; and
        WHEREAS, the Deed of Trust was modified by Modifications of Trust
Deed of record in Book T1898, page 1597, and Book T1954, page 152,
both in the Register’s Office of Madison County, Tennessee;
        Appointment of Successor Trustee of Stone, Higgs & Drexler was
recorded at Book T1932, page 1199 in the Register’s Office of Madison
County, Tennessee.
A Partial Release of 249.27 acres and a 25-foot wide Easement for
Ingress and Egress was recorded in Book T1947, page 859 in the
Register’s Office of Madison County, Tennessee.
        WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of the indebtedness
secured by the Trust Deed, and INSOUTH BANK the lawful holder of the
note evidencing the indebtedness has declared the entire balance due
and payable; and
        WHEREAS, CHARLES C. EXUM was appointed Successor Trustee by
instrument appearing of record in Book T2049, page 451 in the
Register’s Office of Madison County, Tennessee.
        NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that on July 28 2017, at 12
o’clock noon, at the north door of the Court House in Jackson,
Tennessee, I will sell to the last, highest and best bidder for cash
or for credit bid against the secured debt, and free from rights to
have the property marshalled, the equity of redemption, any statutory
or common law right of redemption, homestead, dower, marital share and
all other exemptions and other rights which might defeat, reduce or
affect the right of the Lender to sell the real property or the
personal property for the collection of the indebtedness, all of which
were waived in the deed of trust, the following real estate lying and

CONVEYANCE is 22 acres, more or less, heretofore conveyed to Elijah
Flake, et ux by deed of record in Deed Book 198, page 516, Register’s
Office, Madison County, Tennessee, and also a 2.31 acre tract conveyed
to Lela Mae Robinson.

TRACT 3: BEGINNING at a stake in the west line of the original L. L.
Cottongin 318 acre tract as described in Deed Book 133, page 480, in
the Register’s Office of Madison County, Tennessee, said stake being
at the southwest corner of the Johnnie Hardee 191.53 acre tract as
described in Deed Book 155, page 435 in said Register’s Office; runs
thence south with the west line of said L. L. Cottongin tact 1155 feet
to a stake at the original southwest corner of said Cottongin tract;
