NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE
        WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust dated November 7, 2013, appearing of record
in Trust Deed Book 1966, page 1940, in the Register’s Office of
Madison County, Tennessee (“Trust Deed”), United Investments, a
Tennessee general partnership, conveyed to Investors Title Company, a
Tennessee corporation, Trustee, certain real estate hereinafter
described, to secure the payment of a certain indebtedness therein
described; and
WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of the indebtedness
secured by the Trust Deed, and FirstBank, the lawful holder of the
note evidencing the indebtedness, has declared the entire balance due
and payable; and
WHEREAS, Adam C. Crider was appointed Successor Trustee by instrument
appearing of record in Trust Deed Book 2054, Page 1634 in the
Register’s Office of Madison County, Tennessee.
        NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that on Monday, October 23,
2017, at 11:00 a.m., at the North door of the Courthouse in Jackson,
Madison County, Tennessee, I will sell to the last, highest and best
bidder for cash and free from right of homestead, equity of
redemption, statutory right of redemption and relinquishes all other
rights and exemptions of every kind, including but not limited to a
statutory right to an elective share of the property and all of which
were expressly waived in the Trust Deed, the following real estate,
lying and being in the First Civil District of Madison County,
Tennessee, and more particularly described as follows:
 Lying and being in the First Civil District Madison County, Tennessee, to!wit:
 BEGINNING at an iron rod with surveyor identification cap set in the
south right-of-way (30 feet from the apparent centerline) of Edwards
Drive, said beginning point being the northeast corner of William G.
Bailey and Judith A. Bailey, Trustees’ property and the northwest
corner of the lot described herein and runs, north 75° 15’ 36” east,
166.88 feet with aforesaid right-of-way to an iron rod with cap set;
thence, south 00° 51’ 40” west, 606.28 feet with the west right-of-way
of Cyanede Drive to iron rod set; thence, north 89° 08’ 20” west
284.73 feet to an iron rod set in the southeast corner of the
aforesaid Bailey property; thence, south 13° 19’ 00” west with the
east boundary of Bailey to the point beginning. Said legal description
is the same description as contained in the previous deed of record.

Being the same property conveyed to United Investments, by deed dated
December 23, 2002, appearing of record in Deed Book 635, Page 637 in
the Register’s Office of Madison County, Tennessee.

Description taken from Deed Book 635, page 637. No opinion is rendered
by the undersigned as to the accuracy of the legal description.

        Said property will be sold by me as Successor Trustee only and
subject to any unpaid taxes and assessments and all valid
restrictions, covenants or easements, if any, of record on said
property, and subject to any and all other liens having priority over
the Trust Deed.  The Successor Trustee reserves the right to make oral
announcements at the time of the public sale which shall apply to the
terms of the sale.  The Successor Trustee may postpone any sale
hereunder to another time or place by so announcing to all present at
the time and place of the sale scheduled herein, without the necessity
of any further notice whatsoever.
        Other Interested Parties: Jimmy Julian, Jimmy Todd Julian,
Christopher Michael Julian, and Virginia Lynn Julian.
This is an attempt to collect a debt, and all information obtained
will be used for that purpose.
