NOTICE OF APPLICATION
TO ESTABLISH A BRANCH OF A
STATE MEMBER BANK
Decatur County Bank, Decaturville,
Tennessee (“Bank”) intends to apply to the
Federal Reserve Board for permission to
establish a branch to be operated under the
name of West Tennessee Bank, a branch of
Decatur County Bank, at 1720 Union
University Drive, Jackson, Tennessee 38305.
The Federal Reserve considers a number of
factors in deciding whether to approve the
application including the record of
performance of applicant banks in helping
to meet local credit needs.
You are invited to submit comments in
writing on this notice to the Federal Reserve
Bank of St. Louis, P.O. Box 442, St. Louis,
MO 63166-0442. Comments may also be
submitted electronically to
comments.applications@stls.frb.org. The
comment period will not end before April 6,
2018. The Board’s procedures for processing

The Federal Reserve will consider your
