NOTICE FOR INVITATION TO BID
The Community Development Office of the Jackson Housing Authority is accepting bids from licensed Rehab Contractors on Two (2) residential rehab projects. Bid packets can be picked up at the Jackson Housing Authority Central Office, 125 Preston Street, Jackson Tennessee 38301 during normal business hours, 8:00 am- 5:00 pm. between June 13,2018 and June 27,2018. Bid packets contain bidding requirements for Contractors, project work-write-up bid form, and general conditions. Bids packets will not be mailed or delivered. *Bids will be accepted no later than 10:00 am. June 27, 2018.* Bids shall be opened at the Jackson Housing Authority Community Development Office promptly at 10:30 am. June 27, 2018.
