Burton, Deceased and Verdell Williams, Sr., Deceased, are unknown and cannot be ascertained by the diligent search and inquiry that the said defendants, The unknown heirs of Sam Mayo, Deceased, Louvara Mayo, Deceased, Carrie Bell Mayo, Deceased, Rosa (Rosie) Mayo Burton, Deceased, Jasper Milton Burton Basir II, Deceased, Vessie Mayo Ivy, Deceased, Leah Pearl Mayo Henning, Deceased, James F. Burton, Deceased and Verdell Williams, Sr., Deceased are required to file and answer for the above mentioned Complaint with the Clerk of the Madison County Chancery Court, 100 E. Main Street, Room 200, Jackson, Tennessee 38301, on or before June 3, 2019, and serve a copy of said answer on Plaintiff’s Attorney, Thomas M. Minor, Minor Johnston Douglas, PLLC, 124 East Market St, Somerville, Tennessee 38068, in or to make defense to the Complaint filed against them or otherwise the Complaint will be taken for confessed.
