This matter came be-
fore the court upon the Plaintiff’s
motion for an Order Permitting
Service by Publication pursuant to
TCA § 21-1-203 and TCA § 21-1-
204. It appears from the allegations
of the Civil Warrant in this cause,
the Motion for Service by Publi-
cation and the supporting Affidavit
that the Defendants, Jamar Hardi-
man and Crysta Hardiman, cannot
be served with ordinary process
at law at his last known address
and after diligent inquiry by the
Plaintiff and Plaintiff’s counsel
the whereabouts of the Defendants
cannot be ascertained.
It is therefore OR-
DERED the Judge has decreed
that said Defendants shall enter an
appearance thirty (30) days after
the last publication of this Order
and file an answer to the Civil
Warrant, or Judgment by default
shall be taken against Defendants
for the relief demanded in the
Civil Warrant. The same shall be
served on the Plaintiff’s counsel at
the address below. A copy of this
Order shall be published for four
consecutive weeks in CrimeSEEN
Examiner News. The last known
address for the Defendants is 388
Wellington Cove, Jackson, Tennes-
see 38305.
