Lucius Nathanial Mason, Sr. arrest for violation of his parole
MEMPHIS – A joint investigation by Special Agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, Fayette County Sheriff’s Office, Somerville Police Department, and the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office has resulted in the arrest of Lucius Nathanial Mason, Sr. for violation of his parole.
On December 24th, at the request of the 25th District Attorney General Mark Davidson, TBI began a joint investigation into Lucius Nathanial Mason, Sr., DOB 3/12/1963, for violation of his parole.
Mason last visited his parole officer in July 2017 which resulted in a violation warrant being issued. TBI located Mason in Shelby County with assistance from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office, Fayette County Sheriff’s Office, and the Somerville Police Department.
On December 28th, Mason was arrested on a parole violation warrant for absconding. Mason is currently being held at the Fayette County Jail without bond.
