HARRIMAN MAN ARRESTED, CHARGED IN SHOOTING DEATH OF ROCKWOOD MAN
ROCKWOOD – Special Agents from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, working alongside officers from the Rockwood Police Department, have arrested and charged a Harriman man in connection to the death of a man early Tuesday morning.
At the request of 9th District Attorney General Russell Johnson, TBI Agents joined the investigation into the shooting death of George Donald Fleagle (DOB 1-13-2000) at a home on South Ridge Avenue in Rockwood. During the course of the investigation, authorities developed information leading to Dorian Joseph Heiss (DOB 8-18-2001) as the individual responsible for the crime.
On Tuesday evening, authorities arrested Heiss and charged him with one count of Second Degree Murder and four counts of Reckless Endangerment. At the time of this release, he was being held in the custody of the Roane County Jail.
