We will be closed November 11th, & 28-29.
Little Free Coat Rack for Kids: Got kids’ coats that you’re ready to part with? During the month of November, donate them to our coat rack and take a new-to-you coat home if it fits! We’ll have a spot for mittens & gloves, too.
Story Time: Little ones & their grown-ups can listen to a story together, sing, dance, craft, and make friends once a week on Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday.
November 4, 5, 7 at 10:30 - Children’s Book Week. Celebrate the joy of reading this week.
November 12, 14 at 10:30 - National Gratitude Month. What are you thankful for? Let’s read about gratefulness and make a thankyou card for someone!
November 18, 19, 21 at 10:30 - National Tree Week. “Red & Yellow, Orange & Brown, Leaves are falling all around.” Come join us to learn about the beauty of Autumn.
November 25, 26 at 10:30 - National Turkey Month. Turkeys are funny birds and so are the books written about them!
Saturdays:
An Autumn Story Time - November 9 at 10:30. Stories, songs, & a craft all about Ms. Jennifer’s favorite season of the year! All ages of children welcome.
National Young Readers Week - Saturday, November 9th All day 9 – 5. Visit the library and enjoy a young reader themed scavenger hunt for a tiny prize today!
A Thanksgiving Story Time - November 23 at 10:30. Turkeys, pies, family, and thankfulness - there are plenty of stories to celebrate. Join us!
School’s Out:
International Games Week - Tuesday, November 5 1:00-3:00. Drop by this afternoon to challenge someone to one of the library’s games!
Tiny Toy Trade! - Tuesday, November 26 1:00-3:00. Bring tiny toys (something small that you don’t want anymore - ex: Happy Meal toys or minifigures). You can even fill up a shoebox if you’d like to clear out your toybox. Then, we’ll spend some time swapping and playing. Hopefully, everyone will leave with something “new”.
Pokémon Trading Club - November 23 from 11-12:00. Bring your cards for an hour of trading.
Coding Club - November 14 at 3:30. Come hang out with fellow programmers and practice your coding! Ages 9+
Open Space Hours - Tuesdays, 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm. November 5, 12, 19 & 26. Saturdays, 10:00 am until 12:00 pm. November 2, 9, 16, 23, 30. In the MakerSpace, come use our supplies to work on your passions or try something new!
Brown Bag Book Club Wednesdays at 12:00 pm. November 6, 13, and 20. Teens and Tweens book club. Bring a lunch and chat about books, play games, and hang out with other kids who do school at home! Ages 11 to 18.
