Dyersburg, Tennessee – Dyersburg State Community College (DSCC) will celebrate Constitution Day on Friday, Sept. 16, at all DSCC locations. During this time, voter registration booths will be available from 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., and giveaways including United States Constitution pocket booklets will be distributed. James Adair, associate professor of Math, will perform a social call dressed as William Jackson, Secretary to the U.S. Constitutional Convention in 1787, at the Gibson County Center between 8-10:30 a.m., the Dyersburg campus between 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m., and the Jimmy Naifeh Center at Tipton County between 2-3 p.m. The video “Why Your Vote Matters” will be played on all digital signage at each location.
