Evelyn Grissom Keele, Assistant Tennessee Room Librarian for Jackson-Madison County Library, will present the program on Tuesday, October 9.  With the 100th anniversary of the Armistice approaching, the genealogy program will share information from the Tennessee Room's special collections containing information about World War I.  These special collections include scrapbooks, a diary, letters, newspaper clippings, photographs, and World War I Veterans’ Ladies Auxiliary records.

The public is invited to attend at no charge.  Society membership is $20 per year and includes publications of “Family Findings” quarterlies with interesting genealogical information and stories.
