U.S. Air Force National Guard Airman 1st Class Colton R. Grace graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.
The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.
Airmen who complete basic training also earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
Grace earned distinction as an honor graduate.
He is the son of Robert E. Grace of Oak Ridge, Tenn., and Tamara H. Grace of Lenoir City, Tenn., husband of Kaylyn D. Grace of Russellville, Ark., and father of Desmond R. and Arabella D. Grace of Russellville, Ark.
The airman is a 2014 graduate of Arkansas Higher Education Department, Russellville, Ark. He earned a bachelor's degree in 2020 from Arkansas Tech University, Russellville, Ark.
