The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department along with the Tennessee Child Care Resource & Referral Network and Signal Centers will host a free parenting class on Monday, December 16 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church. The church is located at 173 Roosevelt Parkway in Jackson. This month’s class will focus on conscious discipline. Signal Centers Family Engagement Quality Coach Regina Henning will talk with parents about effective discipline strategies backed by science. The class is free for participants. You do not have to RSVP to attend. Child care will not be provided.
