U.S. Air Force National Guard Airman Gregory A. Adamson graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.
The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.
Airmen who complete basic training also earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
Adamson is the son of Lynne Adamson of Columbia, S.C., and grandson of James Wilson of Murrieta, Calif., and husband of Sarah Adamson of Knoxville, Tenn.
He is a 2004 graduate of Larry A. Ryle High School, Union, Ky. He earned a master's degree in 2010 from Central Michigan University, Mount Pleasant, Mich.
