2019 National Housing Trust Fund

Notice of Funding Availability

THDA is pleased to announce the availability of $3,039,651 to award to Non-Profit Developers and Public Housing Authorities to implement eligible affordable rental housing development activities under its FY2019 National Housing Trust Fund Program Description.

Eligible rental housing development activities include the acquisition and rehabilitation of units or the new construction of units for rent to extremely low-income persons (<30% of area median income). Organizations must be licensed to do business in Tennessee and may serve any community in Tennessee.

Application workshops will be held in:

· Nashville - 8/13/19

· Knoxville - 8/14/19

· Jackson - 8/20/19

· Memphis - 8/21/19
