The Jackson Area Business and Professional Women have announced that the 2023 Sterling Awards will be televised at 6 p.m., Thursday, March 16, on EPlusTV 6 in Jackson.
This awards ceremony honors 20 Most Influential Women in West Tennessee, the Outstanding Woman Military Veteran, and presents the Sue Shelton White Award.
Nominations are now open and forms are due by noon Friday, Jan. 27, 2023. Winners will be notified on Monday and Tuesday Jan. 30-31, 2023.
General Criteria
• Nominee lives or works in West Tennessee outside Shelby County.
• Nominee is a leader in business or her profession.
• Nominee serves as a role model to other women in her profession and community.
• Nominee displays creativity and innovation and contributes these talents to the growth of her profession.
• Nominee contributes time and energy to community betterment.
