2022 Veterans’ Day Activities for Madison County:
1. November 5, Salute to Veterans Military Ball. Doubletree Hotel. 6:00 pm cocktail hour, 7:00 pm plated dinner, 9:00 pm dancing to One Nyte Stand. You don’t have to be a veteran to attend. Proceeds fund the West Tennessee Veterans Coalition Veterans Crisis Fund.
2. November 11, 6:30 pm at Englewood Baptist Church, 2239 N. Highland Ave. 10th Annual Veterans Day Program featuring 129th Army Band in concert. Free and open to the public.
3. November 12, 11 am (line up starts at 9:45). 8th Annual Veteran's Day Parade. Parade Marshal will be the 129th Army Band. Veterans are invited to participate or to be spectators. Prize for the best decorated veteran’s vehicle! No entry fee. Call 423-341-3330 to pre-register for the parade.
4. Nov 11th, Bridges of Honor 11am-1pm various groups from around the area will be standing on bridges over I-40 waving flags and banners to honor our veterans.
