ADVERTISEMENT FOR CONTRACTORS
Jackson Housing Authority, Community Development Office is accepting applications for Contractors for the City of Jackson‘s Community Development Block Grant minor repair program and the HOME grant substantial rehabilitation program. The following minimum requirements must be met for consideration:
(1) Contractor must carry a minimum of $100,000 general and automobile comprehensive liability insurance and not less than $50,000 Property liability insurance.
(2) Workman’s Compensation Insurance for employees/subcontractors.
(3) Contractor must be willing to guarantee work and materials for one (1) year following completion of each project.
(4) Contractor must have a Jackson City Business license.
(5) Contractor must have Lead Renovator’s Certification.
