In this cause, it appearing from the petition, which is sworn to, that the address and whereabouts of the defendant IKETUT ARY PURWANTARA, is unknown and cannot be ascertained by diligent search and inquiry, that he is required to file an answer for the above mentioned Complaint with Clerk of the Madison County Chancery Court, 100 E. Main Street, Room 200, Jackson, Tennessee, 38301 on or before, SEPTEMBER 4, 2023, and serve a copy of said answer on ATTORNEY JENNIFER C. COVELLIS, 2273 N. HIGHLAND AVE SUITE A JACKSON, TENNESSEE 38305, in order to make defense to the Complaint filed against him or otherwise the Complaint will as to him be taken for confessed. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you in on the 5th day of September, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. in Madison County Chancery Court for the relief sought in the Complaint. This Notice will be published in THE CrimeSEEN Examiner News, for four consecutive weeks.
