NURSING ADVISORY COMMITTEE CONVENES AT DSCC
NURSING ADVISORY COMMITTEE CONVENES AT DSCC – Dyersburg State Community College (DSCC) welcomed members of the Nursing Advisory Committee to a meeting held Jan. 10 inside the Security Bank Community Learning Center on the Dyersburg campus.
The agenda included a report that 106 students are expected to graduate and become Registered Nurses (RNs) in 2017, an increase from 84 graduates in 2016. Of those 84 graduates, 88.2 percent passed the State board exam on the first try. The Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) accredits the nursing program at DSCC.
