HEALTH DEPARTMENT CONFIRMS ADDITIONAL COVID-19 DEATH, 11,605 CASES OF COVID-19 IN MADISON COUNTY

 

JACKSON, Tenn. – The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department confirms a 56-year-old male died July 6, 2021 due to complications from COVID-19. This brings the total number of COVID-19 related deaths to 237 in Madison County.

 

The health department has received positive test results for 22 more cases of COVID-19 since July 7, 2021. We now have 11,605 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Madison County.

 

Epidemiology staff are reaching out to these individuals and people who had close contact with these cases.
