COVID-19 VACCINE BOOSTER DOSES AVAILABLE FOR EVERYONE AGES 12 AND OLDER STARTING MONDAY
JACKSON, Tenn. – The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department will begin offering COVID-19 vaccine booster doses to everyone ages 12 and older Monday, Jan. 10, 2022.
Adolescents ages 12 to 15 are now eligible for a Pfizer booster 5 months after completing their primary COVID-19 vaccination series.
Individuals ages 16 and older who received the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine can also get a booster at least 5 months after completing their primary COVID-19 vaccination series.
Individuals who received a Moderna COVID-19 vaccine can get a booster at least 5 months after completing their primary COVID-19 vaccination series.
Individuals who received a single dose of Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine can receive a booster dose of COVID-19 vaccine at least two months after receiving their primary vaccination.
The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department offers COVID-19 vaccinations Monday through Friday. No appointment required. COVID-19 vaccines are available during the following hours:
Monday 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Tuesday 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Thursday 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Friday 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
